1. About these terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a programme, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at training@aurumbiotech.com if you believe your account has been misused.
- Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
3. Training Academy
- Enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received and access has been granted in My Learning.
- Diploma and individual courses. The Bioinformatics & Computational Sciences Diploma comprises five core courses and one specialization. Courses may also be purchased individually where offered.
- Prerequisites. Some courses require completion of earlier courses before their content becomes available.
- Certificates. Individual courses lead to an Aurum course certificate. Certification by German Jordanian University (GJU) applies to the full diploma only, subject to successful completion of all requirements.
- Live sessions and recordings. Live sessions are delivered online. Recordings and materials are provided for the personal study of enrolled students only and must not be shared or redistributed.
- Schedule changes. We may need to change session dates, instructors or delivery arrangements. We will notify enrolled students of significant changes. [TO CONFIRM: policy for cancelled or rescheduled cohorts]
- Conduct. Students must behave respectfully in live sessions and online spaces and must not submit work that is not their own.
4. Fees and payment
- Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and payment is processed in JOD. Any amounts shown in other currencies are approximate and for information only; the final amount charged by your bank may vary.

5. Cancellations and refunds
